ONLINE SALES AGREEMENT

This Online Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on from the 10th day of March 2025, by and between the:

Seller:

Make Accounting Great Again Pty Ltd (ACN 679 225 908), a company registered in Australia, having its registered office and principal place of business, at Unit 34, 49-51 Mitchell Road, Brookvale, New South Wales 2100 (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).

Buyer:

The individual or entity purchasing goods from the Seller through the Seller’s online platform (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).

By completing the purchase on the Platform, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Agreement Scope

This Agreement governs the sale of goods by the Seller to the Buyer through the Seller’s online platform located at www.makeaccountinggreatagain.com.au (the “Platform”).

  1. Purchase Process
  • The Buyer agrees to purchase goods listed on the Platform.
  • All purchases will be subject to availability and Seller’s acceptance.
  • The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information for processing the order, including shipping and billing details.
  1. Payment Terms
  • All payments for purchases made through the Platform will be processed using the globally recognised “Stripe” payment processing system.
  • The total price for the goods includes all applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • The Buyer will be charged the applicable credit card fees.
  • The Buyer agrees to pay the specified price for the products ordered.
  1. Delivery and Shipping
  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and up to date.
  • The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within these delivery time frames – usually within 10 days for Australian Buyers and within 21 days for International Buyers.
  • Delivery charges and time frames may vary depending on the location of the Buyer.
  • The goods will be delivered in a satchel through Australia Post and its global representatives.
  • The Buyer is required to sign for the goods upon delivery, which serves as confirmation that the goods have been received.
  • Title and risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Buyer upon signing for delivery of the goods at the specified or alternate location.
  • The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are delivered in good condition, and any damages during transit must be immediately reported to the Seller upon receipt of the goods.
  1. Tracking of Goods Purchased
  • The Buyer agrees that all goods purchased through the online platform will be subject to tracking and monitoring for the purpose of ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • The Seller will provide the Buyer with tracking information, including but not limited to shipment details, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates.
  • The Buyer acknowledges that such tracking information may be provided through third-party logistics providers or other service partners.
  • The Buyer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information and notifying the Seller of any discrepancies, delays, or issues with the delivery.
  • The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues in a timely manner, but it cannot be held liable for any delays caused by third-party service providers.
  1. Return and Refund Policy
  • We don’t offer refunds to Buyers who change their mind.
  • If the Buyer receives a faulty or damaged product, the Seller will provide either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost, provided the goods are returned to the Seller.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased goods, except as required by law.
  • The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods purchased.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Platform, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of the Seller and protected under Australian copyright law.
  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Seller and the Buyer regarding online sales and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
